Note :	(1) Partisol TSP sampler at AM3 (Ash Lagoon) was found defective during the collection of filter paper on 04/02/2003,
	the first working day after the Chinese New Year Holiday.  The defect was rectified on the same day.  As the next
	sampling is scheduled on 05/02/2003, no make-up sampling was performed.
