in writing if the exceedance(s) are valid; 2. Rectify
unacceptable practice; 3. Check all plant
and equipment and 4. Consider changes
of working methods; 5. Propose
mitigation measures to Engineer within 3 working days and discuss with ET-Cinotech
and Engineer; 6. Implement the
agreed mitigation measures. |
