of the Trustee-Manager and the Company had any interests or short positions in

the SSUs, underlying SSUs or debentures of the Trust and the Company or any of its

associated corporations (within the meaning of Part XV of the SFO) as recorded in the

the Trustee-Manager, the Company and the Stock Exchange pursuant to the Model

Code.
